Johan Le Bail is an experienced leader in customer care and project management with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as CEO of Eufonie - Centre de Contact since August 2012 and as Founder of Skiillz since June 2019, Johan has established a strong foundation in enhancing customer experiences. Previously, roles included Head of Customer Care Worldwide and Head of Moderation & Safety at Match Group, where responsibilities included overseeing support for 5 million customers across multiple countries. Johan's earlier experience includes project management at Cegetel, consultancy at Crédit Agricole, and customer care management at Infonie. Johan holds a Bac, S from Lycée Essouriau and is pursuing studies in Computational Thinking with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
