Will Hooper is a Senior Vice President at Euclid Transactional. In this role, Will is involved in the development, underwriting, and marketing of transactional insurance products across Canada. Prior to joining the team, Will was a senior corporate associate at Torys LLP in Toronto, with a legal practice focusing on private equity and M&A transactions. Will graduated with a B.S./B.A. from Wayne State University and holds a J.D from Western University as well as an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.
