Tim Grosso is a Senior Vice President at Euclid Transactional. He works across a variety of clients and is responsible for underwriting representation and warranty insurance policies. Prior to joining the team, Tim spent two years as a corporate associate at Dechert LLP, focusing on mergers & acquisitions. Prior to law school, he was a senior associate at Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked as a CPA in the business tax advisory group. Tim graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University and holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.
