Derek Shnider is an Underwriter and Vice President at Euclid Transactional. He is responsible for assessing company materials and underwriting Representations and Warranties insurance policies for M&A transactions across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining the team, Derek interned at Bank of America and in the Dow Jones private markets group. Derek graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
