Susan Dybbs is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and management across prominent tech companies. Currently serving as VP of Design at Etsy, Susan has previously held senior positions at Instagram and Facebook as Senior Director of Product Design. Additional roles include VP of Product Management & Design at Collective Health, Managing Director and Interaction Design Practice Lead at Cooper, as well as Director and Lead Designer positions. Susan holds a Master of Design in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design from New York University.
