Reginald C. serves as the Engineering Director at Etsy, where direction is provided to a technical group focused on supporting Keeping Commerce Human since June 2022. Previously, Reginald held the position of Senior Manager at SurveyMonkey, where an embedded SRE support structure was founded to facilitate faster product shipping from February 2021 to June 2022. At CNN, Reginald functioned as an Engineering Manager, leading a team to enhance product performance and reliability from February 2020 to February 2021. Reginald also contributed as Development Manager at Bleacher Report Live from October 2018 to March 2020, overseeing a MERN development team for various platforms. Earlier experience includes the role of Lead Engineer at Warner Bros. Discovery, leading significant migrations to AWS from September 2015 to October 2018.
