Tsung Yu Yang is a skilled engineering professional with a background in electrical and electronics engineering and applied physics. Currently serving as a Spice model engineer at 鈺創科技 since March 2023, Tsung Yu Yang focuses on advancing spice model building, technology development, novel patent writing, and memory circuit optimization. Previously, Tsung Yu Yang worked at 聯華電子股份有限公司 from March 2018 to July 2022 as a Technology Development Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating customized projects, overseeing Driver IC mass production and tape-out, enhancing device performance and reliability, and managing patent applications. Tsung Yu Yang also contributed to DRAM DDR4 process development during a project in the R&D division. An intern at TSMC in July 2016, Tsung Yu Yang conducted reliability testing and analysis. Tsung Yu Yang holds a Master's degree from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor's degree from National University of Kaohsiung.
