Oh-Cheon Kwon is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as a Research and Development Specialist at ETRI since March 2021. In addition, Oh-Cheon Kwon has been the Director at KIC (Korea Research Innovation Centre)-Europe since October 2014, focusing on transferring Korean ICT technologies to European industries and facilitating cooperative projects between Korean researchers and European counterparts. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Principal Researcher at ETRI from March 2000 to September 2014. Oh-Cheon Kwon holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Durham University (1995-1998) and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Teesside University (1993-1994).
