Sotiris Machairas has a strong background in operations and risk management, currently serving in Payments Risk Operations at Etraveli Group since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role in Cards Support at Piraeus Direct Solutions from September 2020 to July 2022 and as Store Operations Manager at Dixons South East Europe between December 2019 and August 2020. Sotiris holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Patras, completed in 2018, along with a High School Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the 1st Vocational High School of Sparta, earned in 2013.
