Rohit Dhody is currently the Head of Human Resource & Office Management for the India Region at Etraveli Group, overseeing HR and administrative functions across the company's India offices since May 2023. Previously, at Fidelity Investments from January 2021 to October 2022, Rohit served as VP - HR & Head of Employee Experience, significantly enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction metrics. Rohit also held the role of Sr Regional HR Director at Syniverse from May 2011 to October 2020, contributing to global HR leadership and people agenda management across India, the Middle East, and Singapore. Prior experiences include Senior Global HR Director at NTT Data Corporation and various HR roles at Accenture, GE Money, HSBC, and Ma Foi Randstad, demonstrating a robust career focused on employee engagement, recruitment, and HR strategy development. Rohit holds a BBM in Business Management from Bharathiar University and a PGDM in Management from the Dr. G.R.D Institute of Management Science.
