Gurpreet Sawhney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management (WFM) across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Workforce Management at Etraveli Group since January 2018, Gurpreet oversees strategic WFM practices for global operations in over 70 countries. Previous roles include WFM Manager at Sitel Denmark, where Gurpreet improved WFM practices for multi-site contact centers, and Management Consultant at Accenture, providing expertise in workforce and performance management. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Sitel and Firstsource, focusing on service delivery, planning functions, and process improvements. Gurpreet holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Panjab University and a B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
