Justin Lonsway is a highly experienced software development and engineering manager with a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Justin serves as a Software Development Manager at eTrak and holds the position of Software Engineering Manager at both Associated Asset Management and Hestia Software. Previously, Justin was the Director of IT and Software Engineering Manager at Aspire General Insurance, as well as the Director of Software Development and IT at Dansons. Justin's career also includes significant roles at Matrix Medical Network and 7-28 Solutions / Stadler Ventures, where responsibilities included overseeing software development and maintaining client needs through systems development. Justin began a career in HR and IT management at Neutron Industries.
