Jess Detrio, MSW, serves as the Evaluation Support Manager at ETR, focusing on evaluation strategies to enhance young people's sexual health through the RYSE Innovation Hub. Previously, Jess held roles such as Senior Evaluation Specialist and Program Evaluation Specialist at Define American, leading evaluation projects and establishing a theory of change. Experience also includes serving as Grant Manager & Program Evaluation Coordinator at Girls Group Ann Arbor, managing evaluation initiatives for youth programs. Early career positions include Homelessness Management Information System Administrator at Washtenaw County and various research and evaluation roles at the University of Michigan and Genesee County Health Department. Jess holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah.
