Joseph M. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Joseph started their career as an Industrial Electronics Lead at Panta Lesco Group in 1993 and worked there until 2000. Joseph then joined Vodafone as a Network Operations Center employee and remained with the company for 11 years. In 2011, Joseph joined WINS Ltd. as a Network Engineer, Software Developer, and DBA Specialist, where they worked until 2017. Joseph then joined Speedcast as a Senior Software/Data Engineer and worked there until 2023. Currently, Joseph is employed at ETPA - A new way of power trading as a Software Developer.

Joseph M. attended Fellenberg Industrial Electronics from 1987 to 1992 where they earned a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Joseph then went on to study at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2006 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology.
