Boaz Ezra is an experienced incident manager currently employed at eToro since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading NOC shifts. Prior to eToro, Boaz held the position of NOC shift lead at Amdocs from February 2017 to April 2021. Boaz's earlier experience includes working in IT at SanDisk, a Western Digital Brand, from 2013 to 2016 and serving as a technical support analyst at FrsVision for a brief period in 2013. Boaz holds an educational background from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
