Ben Levin currently serves as the Director of Global Loyalty Operations at eToro, where the focus is on delivering exceptional customer retention initiatives through a multidisciplinary team. Previously, Ben established and developed the company's loyalty program and founded the Customer Success team, significantly enhancing customer engagement and profitability. Ben also held roles that include Community Programs Manager, successfully creating incentive programs to boost customer retention. Prior experience includes serving as Elections Secretary for the Knesset during the 2015 General Election and directing operations at UH Medical Industries UK, with a temporary role as Acting General Manager in the USA. Ben holds a degree in Government, Diplomacy & Strategy, with a concentration in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Reichman University.
