Carol Pedersen is an accomplished education specialist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) since May 2022. As an Executive Educational Consultant at MBA Fakhro since February 2017, Carol has been instrumental in advising and developing new international schools across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Additionally, Carol holds the position of Early Years Researcher at the University of Oxford and has been an Early Childhood Primary Specialist as Regional Director for EYFS IB PYP Reggio Steiner since 2011. In leadership roles, Carol serves as Executive Principal at EtonHouse MBA Fakhro Middle East and the EtonHouse International School Chengdu, overseeing the development of multiple schools and facilitating their accreditation processes. Carol also contributes as a board member for the British Chamber of Education and Training.
