Robert Mallernee serves as the CEO of Eton Solutions LP since May 2015 and co-founded Eton Advisors, L.P. in June 2009. Mallernee is also a Professor of Practice in Finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, teaching "Private Wealth Management" with a focus on the Ultra High Net Worth wealth management market. Mallernee has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, including Managing Director positions at UBS AG, US Trust, U.S. Trust Company, and North Carolina Trust Company. Prior to these roles, Mallernee worked as a Senior International Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers and as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mallernee holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago and a BSBA in Business and Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
