Umut Babayigit has work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2014, they had an internship at OTOKAR in the Import&Export department. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they handled employee requests, coordinated communication with candidates, and provided administrative support. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Operation & Marketing Executive at KMP Turkey, where they maintained relationships with customers, managed partnerships with agencies and vendors, and developed strategic plans. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Etiya.

Umut Babayigit pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2007 to 2012, they attended Özel Saint Benoît Fransız Lisesi / Lycée Français Saint Benoît, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Afterward, from 2012 to 2017, Umut attended Istanbul Bilgi University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. In January 2021, Umut obtained a certification in Business Analysis Methodology Modeling Techniques and Test Management from Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi.
