Merih GÜNEŞ started their work experience in 2005 as a Halkla İlişkiler at Yörsan, where they worked until 2007. In the same year, they joined Trt Ankara Radyosu as a Ses Sanatçısı, where they received training in Türk Sanat müziği. During their time at Trt Ankara Radyosu, they participated in various live TV and radio broadcasts as a soloist and choir member, and also performed as a soloist in concerts. In 2008, they joined Etiya Bilgi Teknolojileri Yazılım San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as a Dijital Pazarlama Uzman Yardımcısı, where they worked until 2020. Merih then transitioned to the role of Sales Operations Specialist at Etiya in July 2020.

Merih GÜNEŞ has a diverse education history. In 2009-2010, they attended Bilberk and studied Bilgisayar Programlama/Programcı, Genel (Computer Programming/Programmer, General). In 2013, they enrolled in Vizyon Kariyer Akademi to study İnsan Kaynakları (Human Resources). In 2014-2016, they pursued Halkla İlişkiler (Public Relations) at Anadolu University. In 2016, they attended Bilge Adam Akademi for a short period to specialize in Dijital ve Sosyal Medya Uzmanı (Digital and Social Media Expertise). Additionally, in 2016-2017, they studied İngilizce (English) at Amerikan Kültür Derneği Dil Okulları, completing the Başlangıç-Orta (Beginner-Intermediate) level. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued İşletme (Business Management) at Anadolu University.
