İlker Güler has work experience starting in 2018 as an intern at Halk Bank. In 2019, they joined Etiya as a Senior Specialist in Application Operations.

İlker Güler completed their undergraduate studies from 2014 to 2018 at Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their formal education, İlker Güler also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed certifications in AI Fundamentals, AI in Telecoms Overview, Application Framework (TAM) Fundamentals, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Fundamentals, Frameworx Overview, Information Framework (SID) Fundamentals, and TM Forum Open API Fundamentals from TM Forum. Furthermore, in December 2018, they completed a certification in MICROSOFT SQL SERVER from ÖZEL SERPER BİLİŞİM KURSU.
