Shyam Iyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in loyalty programs and consumer partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Loyalty & Consumer Partnerships at Etisalat UAE since October 2022. Prior roles include Chief Commercial Officer for MENA at Vernost Marketing Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Head of GEMS Rewards at GEMS Education, where Shyam developed a structured rewards program aimed at making quality education accessible. Previous experience encompasses managing financial partnerships at Etihad Airways, loyalty programs at Habtoor Hotels, and marketing initiatives at Shringar Cinemas Ltd., among others. Shyam holds an MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
