Harilal Narayanan is a seasoned telecommunications engineer with extensive experience specializing in telecom network design, planning, and management. Currently employed at e& UAE since July 2021, Harilal focuses on major infrastructure development and network relocation projects. Prior experience includes serving as a design engineer at Tamdeed Projects from July 2014 to July 2021, where project design and estimation of OSP/FTTH networks were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include deputy manager of the GIS division at DSM Soft (p) Ltd. Trichy, and manager of overseas business development at Spectrum Softtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., along with project analyst responsibilities at ICES Software Ltd. Harilal holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
