Bilal Mahmood has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Team Lead for Mobile Access Back Office at Etisalat since October 2013. Responsibilities include leading initiatives in network self-healing, automated reporting, and the development of various tools to enhance operational efficiency, alongside overseeing the UNOC Back Office for the Northern Emirates Region. Previous roles include Senior RAN Support Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks and Cell Planning Engineer at Mobilink, focusing on network support, performance optimization, and capacity planning. Bilal holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
