Mohit Pande is an experienced professional in software engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Etihad Airways since December 2012, with prior roles including Senior Manager in Application Management and Support, and Head of Testing Services. Mohit has a proven track record in designing and implementing testing roadmaps, leading testing teams, and delivering quality assurance services across diverse organizations. Previous positions include Program Test Manager at the NSW Department of Education, Senior Test Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways, and various managerial roles at Superpartners, Australian Air Express, and GE Money. Mohit holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from La Trobe University and several relevant certifications.
