Mahfudh Ismail is an experienced guest services agent currently working at Etihad since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mahfudh served as a customer service representative at Expo 2020 Dubai from September 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing food and beverage operations, enhancing customer service, and leading a team. Previous experience also includes serving as a team leader at Emirates Leisure Retail from November 2017 to July 2020. Mahfudh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Cavendish University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Kyambogo University.
