Dalton Picardo is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards and Compensation, currently serving as the Global Head of Compensation at Etihad since September 2023. Previously, Dalton held the position of Senior Partner - Compensation & Benefits at LinkedIn from January 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing Total Rewards for the Talent Solutions organization across 14 countries in the EMEA & LatAm region. With a strong background at Boeing as Senior Manager Total Rewards for Asia Pacific & India, and leadership roles within Emirates Group, GSK, EY, Al-Futtaim, and Accenture, Dalton has a proven track record in strategic implementation of compensation programs and employee benefits across various sectors. Dalton holds an M.B.A. in Project Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and multiple degrees from York University, including honors in Information Technology and a Professional Certificate in Management.
