Cate B. has had a diverse work experience since 2014. Cate began their career at Camp Henry as an Office Associate and Program Staff, where they were responsible for clerical duties and assisting with camp activities. In 2015, they worked at Pretty Lake Vacation Camp as a Boating Director and at Jameson Ranch Camp as a Lifeguard Counselor. That same year, they also worked as a Resident Assistant at Western Michigan University. In 2016, they worked at Alternative Bronco Breaks as a Housing Coordinator and at Western Michigan University as an Orientation Student Leader. In 2017, they took on the role of Vice President of Risk Management at Alpha Xi Delta- Theta Eta and continued to work as an Administrative Assistant at Western Michigan University. In 2019, they began working at Cornerstone Solutions (Software Specialists) as an Assistant Client Advocate and Client Advocate. Most recently, in 2020, they started working at ETHOSystems as a Sage Account Executive and Sales.

Cate B. has a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, where they studied English, History, and Behaviorial Sciences.
