Joshua Elrod has ten years of professional work experience. Joshua began their career in 2004 as a Service Advisor at Berts Mega Mall. In 2011, they took on the role of Service Dispatcher at Temecula Motorsports and Assistant PDI Manager at Berts Mega Mall. In 2013, they became the Recon Manager at National Powersport Auctions and Assistant Service Manager at Del Amo Motorsports. In 2015, they were the Service Manager at B&B Cycles. In 2017, they were a General Laborer at Pyro Spectaculars by Souza. In 2018, they were a Senior Graphic Designer at Ethos Media Lab. Finally, in 2019, they were the Mgr. Business Services – Southern California Market Center Reconditioning at Cox Automotive.

Joshua Elrod attended California State University-San Bernardino from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Joshua also attended Cisco Networking Academy from 2000 to 2002 and earned a CCNA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Lastly, they attended Victor Valley College from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
