Morgan Houk is the current Content Writer at Ethos Marketing & Design. Prior to joining Ethos, Morgan held the position of Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness from March 2021 to June 2021. There, they were responsible for guaranteeing positive customer experiences at all times and recommending appropriate memberships and products to prospects. Morgan also collaborated with team members to maximize sales opportunities, answered in-person telephone inquiries from members and prospects, and set up account files and educated members on details of use.

Before working at Planet Fitness, Morgan interned at Atlantic Federal Credit Union from May 2019 to August 2019. There, they worked with the Marketing Specialist to assist with daily tasks and performed a range of content marketing duties. Morgan also assisted with customer service during the YCFCU and Atlantic FCU merger, used Photoshop, Canva, and PowerPoint to design creative ads for teller lines and Branch TV’s, wrote three creative blogs published on Atlantic’s website pertaining to sound financial practices, and created and posted social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Morgan has also been a lifeguard at UNH Campus Recreation since September 2017.

Morgan Houk has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a Minor in Communications from the University of New Hampshire. Morgan also has a Semester Abroad from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Morgan is certified in Fundamentals of Media Relations from Muck Rack, Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, Social Media Marketing from HubSpot, and Google Analytics from Google.
