A global crisis presented the team that created ETHOS with a unique opportunity to reflect upon how the hospitality industry was affected by a catastrophic disruption. Together, they had a moment of revelation to create a new company, change the things of the past that weren't working, and craft a culture that identified deeply with our core values. As a collective, we measure our success by our ability to impact others, knowing our destinations well enough to connect local businesses to local charities to use our business as a force for good and strengthen the local economy.
