Donna McCullough is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in career counseling, coaching, and the arts. Currently serving as an Employment Counsellor at ETHOS CMG and as the Founder and Career Coach at Claravia Consulting, McCullough holds certifications as a Career Services Provider and Global Career Development Facilitator. Additionally, McCullough is a watercolor artist and a partner at Sentry Pest Control. Previous roles include Owner and Translator at D.C. Montoya Media, Adjunct Faculty at Linfield University, and various positions within professional organizations such as the Oregon Career Development Association and the Salem Human Resource Management Association. McCullough holds an MBA in Human Resources and Non-Profit/Government Management from Willamette University and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Linfield University.
