Karina Carr is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at Ethos Academy Trust since January 2020. Prior to this, Karina held various roles including Senior Leadership Team member at Newlands Communication Resource and Assistant Head Teacher for Inclusion at Balby Carr, where responsibilities included SEND line management and Year 5/6 to Year 7 transition. Karina also served as Assistant Headteacher and SENCO at DMBC. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2002, and attended McAuley School Doncaster from 1983 to 1988.
