Adeline Buttery currently serves as the Group Head of Human Resources and an Executive Committee member at EthiFinance since June 2023, focusing on finance, ESG, and RSE. Previously, Adeline held the position of Head of Human Resources at Aviva Investors France from January 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included HR strategy, business partnering, and talent management. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Business Partner at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from November 2013 to December 2016, and as an in-house lawyer focused on labor law at Société Générale from September 2010 to October 2013. Adeline started a professional career as an Attorney at law specializing in labor law at EY from January 2000 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a CAPA from the Hauts-de-Seine Bar and a DEA in Labor and Employment law from Université Paris X Nanterre.
