Nikki Maidment is an experienced digital strategist and change-maker with a strong background in digital marketing and consultancy. Currently serving as the Founder, Creator, and Digital Change-Maker at ETHIC:LY since April 2020, Nikki previously founded Digital Rocks Ltd, where expertise as a Strategist and Digital Growth Consultant was honed from August 2015 to May 2020. Earlier roles include Head of Digital Marketing and Group Account Director at Adido from April 2009 to May 2015, Partner at Current Digital Ltd from July 2006 to March 2009, and Group Account Director at BLM Quantum from June 2005 to June 2006. Nikki's career began as an Online Marketing Manager at B&Q and Account Director at BLM Quantum, showcasing a consistent trajectory of leadership and innovation in digital marketing since 2000. Nikki holds a BSC in Management Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
