Crystal B. is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. As the Founder of Etheware since August 2022, Crystal B. leads multi-functional teams in app development, oversees build operations for Engineering and QA, and manages complex data systems utilizing Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. Previous roles include Full-stack Developer and Junior Programmer at Mercedes-Benz USA, where Crystal B. developed enterprise applications and video processing pipelines. An early career internship at ACLU focused on web app development, enhancing skills in Python, JavaScript, React, and Angular. Crystal B. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego, building on a foundation of a prior Associate's degree in Computer Science from San Diego Mesa College.
