Saibhisek Padhy has worked in various roles in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies. Progressing through roles at ETG Agro India and Export Trading Group, Saibhisek currently holds the position of Production Leader at ETG Agro India. Saibhisek completed a Bachelor in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University in 2015.
