Erika Lopes (Tornice) is an experienced executive with a robust background in customer success, sales, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as VP of Revenue at RD Station, Erika leads a team of approximately 150 professionals, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue retention. Prior to this role, Erika held key positions at Intuit and Microsoft, managing customer experience and developing support strategies for major product launches. Furthermore, Erika's leadership extends to advisory roles at Eternit S/A and Fluna, coupled with earlier experience in sales and marketing at Vivo, Agua de Cheiro, and American Express. Erika holds an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Marketing from ESPM.
