Tom Janz

Tom Janz is currently an advisor at eTeki. Prior to their current position, Tom held various positions involving research and assessment in the talent industry.

Tom's first position in this field was as the Chief Scientist and Director of Research for BHI International. In this role, Tom was responsible for updating test manuals and scoring procedures for BHI assessments, as well as authoring white papers to help clients better understand key issues in assessment and the value of testing.

After BHI International, Tom took on the role of Director of Assessment for Guru Worldwide. In this role, Tom was responsible for evaluating and enhancing online assessment processes for both positions and candidates. Tom also documented the value of Guru assessment processes through statistical analysis and graphical displays, and coached and guided the talent assessment team on the latest approaches to behavioral interviewing.

Tom's most recent position before their current one was with Talent Analytics Group, LLC, where they again served in a research and assessment capacity.

Throughout their career, Tom has made significant contributions to the field of talent assessment. Tom's experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to any organization seeking to improve its assessment processes.

Tom Janz has a Ph D in I-O Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a BA(Hons) in Psychology from The University of Winnipeg. Tom is also a graduate of the Future of Talent Institute.
