National Account Manager and Customer Success Team Leader – Secondary/MATs/Groups at Eteach at Eteach

Benjamin Hanks has a range of work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2015 at St. Crispin's School, where they worked as a Secondary School Drama and English Teacher until 2016. In the same year, they joined Eteach as an Account Manager and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager. From 2018 onwards, Benjamin took on the position of School Recruiter Onboarding Manager and Key Account Manager at Eteach. Benjamin continued to progress within the company and became the Customer Success Team Leader for Secondary/MATs/Groups. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of National Account Manager and Customer Success Team Leader at Eteach, which they started in November 2021.

Benjamin Hanks has a diverse education history. Benjamin first attended The Forest School Academy Trust from 2004 to 2011, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from the University of Winchester, graduating in 2014. During their time at the University of Winchester, Benjamin also obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts. Additionally, in 2014, they completed a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Reading. This PGCE was further complemented by another PGCE from the same institution, focusing on Secondary Education and Teaching.
