Mingpeng Zhang serves as the Head of Department at ETAS since October 2023, focusing on process excellence and group reporting. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Bosch as Purpose Team Lead and Senior Project Manager, managing complex cross-functional projects and leading multicultural teams. Mingpeng was also involved in ERP implementation across African nations while at Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd, and held senior finance and controlling positions at Bosch China and Robert Bosch GmbH. Previous positions include Process Expert at ZF Lenksysteme GmbH, Commercial Project Manager roles at Transrapid International GmbH and Siemens Ltd., and significant academic qualifications in finance and inter-cultural studies from the University of Mannheim and the University of Bayreuth.
