NEELA KUMAR is a Civil Project Engineer at ETA Group of Companies since April 2012, specializing in significant projects such as the EPC Caravan Accommodation and offices for M/S ADCO and the EPC Accommodation complex for M/S GASCO, both located at ASAB, Abu Dhabi.
