Dhivya Venkat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dhivya started their career as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where they worked from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, they founded META Q LIMITED and served as the Founder and Managing Director until 2018. During this time, they also founded and served as the Executive Director of Studio Thai Ltd from 2008 to 2015. Dhivya then moved on to work at Barclays Corporate Banking as an Interim Senior Vice President from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined HSBC PLC as a Digital Innovations - Strategy Consultant, where they stayed until 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Esya Labs. Throughout their career, Dhivya has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various roles, including leading business change initiatives and establishing new digital capabilities.
