Shania Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shania started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 2016 as a Business Services Procurement in the Program Management Office. In 2016, they also worked as an Inbound Marketing Manager at Boost Linguistics, where they launched a new venture and grew social media engagement.

In 2017, Shania joined SAP as a Demand Management Analyst in the Center of Excellence. Shania then moved on to Volta Charging in 2018, where they worked as a Business Development Lead and Account Manager. In this role, they researched potential sites for electric vehicle charger installation and managed contractual agreements with partners.

From 2018 to 2020, Shania co-founded and served as CEO of Invure, a startup focused on artificial intelligence for marketing teams. Following that, they joined LinkedIn in 2019 as an Associate in their Business Leadership Program.
