Andrea Latorre is an experienced professional in architecture and urban planning, currently serving as a Profesor at Universidad CAECE and as an Asistente Tecnico for the Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transportes, focusing on the supervision and control of civil works since July 2022. Andrea has also been involved as an Asistente de Catedra at Planificacion Urbana Catedra Alfredo Garay since March 2015, leading a dedicated team. With a longstanding career, Andrea operates a personal architecture firm, responsible for project management and supervision since 1990, alongside previous role in Relaciones Institucionales at Eglis S.A from October 1992 to September 2022. Andrea's educational background includes a degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s in Urban Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, supplemented by various specialized certifications in heritage preservation and urban development from esteemed institutions.
