Carl Brisson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Data Center Operations Team Lead at eStruxture Data Centers since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Center Technician at Aptum from August 2019 to May 2021. Carl also worked as a Structured Cabling Technician at SC360 for a short period in 2019. Before their roles in the data center industry, Carl worked as a Lead Ramp with Transol Aviation Services by Avjet from November 2015 to August 2019. Carl also had experience as a Baggage Handler at ENGIE Services - North America from October 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Carl worked as a Ramp Agent and certified FMC Loader Operator at Swissport Canada Handling, Inc. from January 2015 to November 2015, and as a Ramp Agent at Porter Airlines Inc. from August 2014 to January 2015. Earlier in their career, Carl worked as a De-icing Technician & Night CTM at Aero Mag 2000 from October 2013 to April 2014 and as a Propane Attendant at Canadian Tire Corporation from May 2012 to November 2013.

Carl Brisson's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Lake of Two-Mountains High School and obtained a DES degree. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a degree in Modern Languages at Vanier College, but did not complete the program.

In 2018, Carl attended the Pearson Electrotechnology Centre (PEC) - Lester B. Pearson School Board and obtained a DVS degree in Telecommunications. Carl further enhanced their educational qualifications in 2018 by completing certifications in IBDN System Installations & Testing for both Copper and Fiber from Belden Inc. In March 2018, they also obtained an ASP Construction certificate.

In 2022, Carl acquired a Certificate of Completion for COMPTIA+ 220-1001 from Udemy, followed by another certificate for COMPTIA+ 220-1002 in January 2023.

Continuing their pursuit of education, from 2023 to 2025, Carl attended CFP Fierbourg and completed a DVS degree in Soutien Technique.

Furthermore, in October 2013, Carl obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Radio (Aeronautic), although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
