Mason McQuinn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mason began their career in 1999 at PulteGroup, where they served as a Superintendent before moving on to roles such as Project Manager and Division Construction Manager. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager of Land Development at PulteGroup. In 2017, they joined Estridge Homes as the Director of Field Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Construction in April 2021. In addition to their work in the construction industry, Mason McQuinn has also worked as a Coach at Pole Vault Elite and Hamilton Heights High School. Mason has also served as a Board Member at DAMOU CHRISTIAN MISSION INC.

Mason McQuinn pursued their education in Building Construction Technology at Purdue University from an unspecified start year until 1999. Mason obtained a degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University during this period.
