Bronté Weeks is currently serving as the Strategy & Insights Lead at Estrid since October 2024. Prior to this role, Bronté held various positions at Beauty Pie from January 2020 to October 2024, including Senior Commercial Insights Manager, Commercial Finance Insights Manager, and Commercial Analyst, where expertise in SQL/Snowflake and Tableau/Data Studio was utilized. Bronté's earlier experience includes roles at Lipsy London as an Assistant Merchandiser Branded Beauty and related positions from September 2018 to December 2019, and as a Beauty Allocator at House of Fraser from June 2017 to August 2018. Bronté holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, obtained in 2016.
