Eva Hernandez serves as the Dean of Operations at KIPP Northeast Denver Leadership Academy since November 2023 and is also the Sales and Implementation Manager at Estrellita, Inc., where the focus is on enhancing early bilingual education through targeted methodologies. Previously, Eva held the position of Director of Operations at High Point Academy for nearly six years, overseeing various operational aspects including technology and marketing. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Client Relations at EdisonLearning and Regional Vice President of Center Operations at Ombudsman Educational Services, where collaboration with district superintendents ensured effective alternative learning programs. Eva’s career began with teaching and training roles at Edison Schools and a directorship at Chicago International Charter Schools. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado.
