Erika Vargas Torres is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in customer success and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Estratégica smarter marketing, Erika has successfully implemented marketing strategies for prominent corporate clients, coordinated events, and managed comprehensive marketing campaigns including social media content planning and audience targeting. Previously, Erika held the position of Program Manager for AMD's loyalty program, leading communication strategies, sales incentives, and user engagement across Latin America.
